Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after you receive the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline. Send an email to:

Please provide your order number, name, and which item you wish to return.

The item must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging if possible. The customer covers return shipping, unless the item is faulty or deficient.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
